The Ministry of Culture and Sport today published the names of the winners of the Prize for the Year 2018. The prize will be awarded by each of the winners of a lifetime achievement and to encourage the work is approximately NIS 50,000.

Avi Nesher, Shlomi Elkabetz, Talia Lavie and Tomer Heiman are among 12 Winners of the Film Art Award 2018. The Ministry of Culture and Sport today published the names of the award winners, Awarded annually as a sign of the beam on the work of the winners in various fields of cinema: Directing, Photography , script, Editing & Production. The height of the prize each of the winners of the lifetime achievement categories and the encouragement of the work is 49,560 Shekel.
Two of the winners were awarded the prize for their lifetime achievement: Director Avi Nesher, Written by the judges: “Director of Israeli film leaders for over four decades. From classic movies to the biggest blockbusters of the last decade”. The additional prize was awarded to the animator, Director and Animation Curator Dudu Schlyta, “On the extensive contribution for decades in levering the art of animation in Israel. On his comprehensive and intelligent work and the decisive impact he has on designing many generations of animators in Israel”.
Prize for encouraging the work was presented to directors Talia Lavie (“Zero in human relations”) And Shlomi Elkabetz (“Seven”, “Gett (new)”), And for the documentary Yair Lev (“Hugo”, “You Only Die Twice”), Ebtisam Marana Menuhin (“Write, I'm an Arab.”, “Three times banished”), Tomer Heiman (“Jonathan Agassi saved my life.”, “Mr. Gaga”) And Netli Brown (“Hangman”, “Hope I'm in prime.”).
Early Creators Prize, Height 25,000 Shekel, Awarded to directors Yair Agmon, Tamar Baruch and Boaz Frendel, and producer Kobi Mizrahi.
The judging panel of the award included Prof.’ Sami Shalom Shitrit, Fourth”R. Noa Regev, Nurit Kedar, Albert Gabay and Judea Autumn.
Minister of Culture and Sport, Miri Regev, Gave: “I congratulate the twelve winners and winners of the Film Art Awards. On our list of winners and winners are our film vultures, The interface of their versatile wings inspires the fields of cinematic creation in Israel”.
