“Governor Jericho” Written by”The “Unruly child” Israeli theater, Joseph died at age Mundi 59.
In his words:”The story takes place in Jericho, Or outside Jericho. There are walls. The walls do not appear on stage and will not be seeing. This city may be unrealistic and the atmosphere there is close to a nightmare. The governor claims,Just like people “Greater Israel” The whole country is Jericho. Even Tel Aviv, Both Haifa and Jerusalem. Each country Jericho.”
The play, written close to the Yom Kippur War influenced by Bertolt Brecht, Led to sharp public debate and the two main positions designated players refused to play. Cameri Theater stage debut took place in -8.11.75 directed by David Mukhtar (music: Yossi Mar-Haim) Featured: Yosef Carmon, Aviva Ger, Shlomo Vishinsky, Yitzhak Hezekiah, Shimon Bar, And Yitzhak Aloni.
