Date for submitting projects for short films opens today!
We invite you to submit scripts to produce short films and feature-length animated films up 10 subtlety.
in the first level, Presenters will be chosen out of all 12 Projects will receive a grant for development of professional. At the end of the development process will be pitching during which will be chosen 6 Production projects receiving grant. Selected films will premiere gala Haifa International Film Festival 2019.
